Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the zentr mobile app, website and related services. The provider is Claude Flaig, Lucerne, Switzerland. Contact: mail@zen-tr.com.

2. What the app does

zentr helps you organize content from Apple Music, podcasts, local files and YouTube in a personal library, inbox and queue. External content is supplied by the relevant platforms; zentr does not thereby become its provider or rights holder.

3. YouTube API Services

For YouTube features, zentr uses the YouTube Data API, public YouTube RSS feeds and the official YouTube IFrame Player. Your use of those features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

YouTube content is not hosted, downloaded or redistributed by zentr. Playback, availability, advertising, age or regional restrictions, and other YouTube functionality are controlled by YouTube.

4. zentr product features and information

Favorites, queue/inbox placement, personal playback positions, manually selected status information and other labels within zentr are features of the zentr product. They are not supplied by YouTube and are not official YouTube metrics, recommendations or ratings.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the app only lawfully, for personal purposes and in accordance with the terms of the relevant content providers. You must not bypass safeguards, copy or download content without authorization, infringe third-party rights, misuse the service, or perform automated access outside the functions provided.

6. Data and privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what data zentr processes, how YouTube API Data is refreshed or deleted, and what controls are available to you. It forms part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

External providers may change or remove content, interfaces and features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app or specific external content will always be complete, available or free from interruptions. We may develop zentr further, change or discontinue features for legal or technical reasons, and update these terms accordingly.

8. Trademarks and no partnership

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. zentr is an independent product and is not offered, supported or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube brand features are used only for source attribution and linking in accordance with the applicable branding requirements.
