This privacy notice covers the website app.zen-tr.com and the zentr mobile app. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and — where applicable — the EU GDPR.

1. Website

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics. The website uses neither tracking pixels nor marketing cookies. No profiling happens.

Hosting: The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., USA). Cloudflare stores standard server logs (IP, timestamp, requested resource, user-agent) to deliver content. Data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short retention period. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation.

TestFlight signup: If you sign up for the TestFlight beta, we store your email address so we can invite you and notify you when the app launches. You can request deletion at any time. The data lives in a CSV file on Cloudflare R2 and is never shared.

2. The zentr app

Local storage: Your library, playback positions, favorites and settings live on your device. We have no access.

Optional iCloud sync: If enabled, your data is stored encrypted in your private iCloud account. Apple's privacy terms apply — we still have no access.

External services: Apple Music (if enabled by you), public RSS / YouTube channel feeds. No third-party analytics, no crash SDKs, no ads.

3. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal data at any time — a short email is enough: hello@zen-tr.com.
