Frequently asked questions

When can I use zentr? +

zentr is currently in TestFlight beta. Sign up for the waitlist and we'll invite you to the next wave. TestFlight is Apple's free app for testing new apps — the invite arrives by email directly from Apple.

Does zentr cost anything? +

Not during the beta. At release there will be a fair model.

Which platforms are supported? +

iPhone and iPad are fully supported. Mac runs technically but isn't officially tested yet. No Android version planned.

Is my data tracked? +

No. zentr has no tracking, no telemetry and no cloud requirement. Your library stays on your device and — if you want — in your iCloud so you can use zentr across multiple devices.

Can I use Apple Music? +

Yes, fully. zentr is natively integrated with Apple Music. Spotify isn't possible currently — Spotify doesn't offer a third-party-player API.

How does YouTube without the algorithm work? +

zentr uses public YouTube channel feeds. You choose who you follow — we show everything chronologically.
